Agricultural Chaplaincy Association: for everyone, lay or ordained, who works within the farming or rural community.
Agricultural Chaplains work at establishing effective relationships in the farming and rural community and exercise continual pastoral care as situations require. This is a difficult role. So we need an Association that respects the work we do; identifies and engages with the developing issues that affect farming; furthers the Churches understanding of changes in agriculture today which may at times prompt our engagement with public matters of concern.
If you are involved in work like this then being a member of the Association will help you.
